Modern house with pool located in one of the best and quietest areas of the town of Villanueva de Algaidas.
Casa Butterfly is a house built with the highest quality materials and very bright in all rooms.
The distribution of the house is as follows:
On the ground floor just as you enter there is a hallway with a wooden, glass and stainless steel staircase that gives access to the second floor of the house.
On the right entering there is a toilet, also a large living room with access to one from a large double glass sliding door to a covered terrace where you can enjoy good coffee and with access to the large interior patio where the medium-sized pool is located to enjoy with family and friends.
Part of the patio has two awnings installed to open them when it is too sunny and we want more shade.
In the courtyard there is a small room for the pool treatment plant.
Both directly from the hallway and from the living room we access a magnificent and complete fully equipped modern kitchen.
Next to the kitchen there is a large pantry and a door that gives access to the laundry room and the garage directly, so that when you arrive with your purchases you can download them from the car trunk directly to the pantry or to the kitchen.
The garage is spacious where a vehicle fits and there is enough space to put boxes, bicycles, or anything else.
We go up to the first floor where we will find four bedrooms and one of them en suite with a bathtub and shower and with a large dressing room.
There is also a full bathroom for the other bedrooms.
Finally we go up to the terrace on the third floor where there are open views in all directions.
