This very pretty and traditional Andalucian cottage is located in a pretty village very close to the stunning town of Iznájar. You have the Lake of Andalucía on your doorstep and you can swim, sail, fish and kayak here. It even has a long sandy beach with a beach bar and restaurant. The village itself has a bar and small shop. Access is easy (you have to park your car a few metres away and there is mains water and electricity.
The ground floor has 2 kitchens (1 external), lounge with exposed beams, pantry, dining room, 2 bedrooms, outside shower room and large patio with old vine to give you shade on the long and hot summer days.
The first floor has 2 more bedrooms with exposed beams and various store rooms. The staircase connecting the ground floor with the first floor has been removed and will need to be put back in.
