Located on the edge of the small traditional town of Caniles, This cave house has been tastefully renovated and offers modern living in a traditional home.
The large wooden front door opens into the lounge with a large feature fireplace which has been closed off by the current owners, but could be reopened again. In one corner of the lounge a passage leads to a single bedroom with a further short passage to a walk in wardrobe. Leading off the land is a further large double bedroom.
From the right hand side of the lounge a room (dining room) with a large open fireplace and a small pantry/store room off to one side and at the far end a double bedroom. This bedroom has a built in wardrobe with a closed off access to the kitchen.

The hallway carries on and leads to the kitchen passing a door to the exterior. The door to the outside goes out to a covered porch with a long storage cave and also a utility room and a car port beyond. If front of the car port is a patio with high gates creating a private area closed off from the road.
The cave is in very good order and benefits from ventilation throughout. Walking distance to all the amenities of Caniles this is a nice property well worth a visit.
