The popular town of Rute has 11,000 souls and excellent facilities including a health centre, municipal pool, covered market, public transport and is only 60 minutes from Málaga.
Rute is known for its famous chocolate belén that is made every year. Also known for its anis and ham museums.
This wonderful property has a large entrance which gives access to a double bedroom, a staircase that leads to the top of the property and a spacious living/dining room. This room leads to a small patio, ideal for plants, as can be seen in the photos. It also gives way to a large full kitchen, with its pantry.
