La Roca is a sturdy house in a great location, situated in my favourite street with no cars passing the door, but easy access. The house is set just off the main street with just a short walk to bars and restaurants. The house for sale in Spain formally was a shop, and has been empty for as long as I can remember being used as a storage room for furniture, so quite packed with weird and wonderful delights!. La Roca needs work with tiles coming off in the shop, walls rendered electrics plumbing and roof work, but has all the basics, a good sized house with patio, a nice sized kitchen to the rear, upstairs it has plenty enough room for two large bedrooms and a bathroom with the terrace to the rear. A great house in a lovely location.
